Radhika Rajagopal
Fellow from IIM (Kolkata), she is an accomplished Program Leader with over 15 years of experience designing, launching, and managing large-scale programs, particularly within Maharashtra. Expertise in building and leading high-performing field teams, forging strategic partnerships with local NGO and community stakeholders, and facilitating crucial financial linkages for underserved populations. Proven ability to translate strategy into effective field operations.
Satish Vijayan
Finance and operations expert with 25+ years across startups, global consulting, and Fortune 500 companies. Proven track record in scaling businesses, leading M&A, Turnaround and restructuring. He has experience working in India and the U.S., including a recent startup exit. He holds an MBA in Finance from Emory University and a B.E. in Electronics & Communication from the University of Madras.

The Landscape
Indian agriculture faces critical challenges including rising labor costs and shortages, excessive chemical usage causing environmental degradation, and precision farming barriers for smallholder farmers. Current solutions are either prohibitively expensive imports designed for large Western farms, or cheap imports that are not rugged.
